I have never run at roebling road so I checked out a map of it and saw a chicane. Do we use it? What direction does the course run? Is it an easy or hard track to learn?
Chicane? Oh, on the front straight... Never even noticed it. No we don't go there. I'm not sure if it's even still there.
It's VERY easy track to learn. Runs clockwise.

It's not too tuff to learn...but I suggest you make it to the practice day on Friday. It's a little bumpy in spots. Not really any major braking areas except turn1. This track is all about corner speed (keeping it!)....nothing too techy. I don't care for it that much even if I got a win there...I'd rather run little T.
The track wet is a hole another story. Sealer/patches are like ice when wet and the lines in some turns are totally different....don't touch them when wet!
Hope you don't have to take a dump there...Not much leg room in the stalls..barely enough just to squat! But they do have plenty of power available.
Thanks for the info.
It's a fast track. The sweeping turns can make ya think you aren't going that fast. definately do a practice day there if you can. Maybe Check with Frank Kinsey if he's still teaching there. The no-brakes drill works perfectly there on an SV or lightweight class bike.
That being said...I've donated 4 out of 5 racebikes to the racing gods at that track. DOH!!!!
the kink next to two one is for the fast and furious cars, they were having problems (like a 125 at daytona, and they were also running into the trees), so they use that to slow the cars down alittle.
HEY, THEY HAVE NEW TOILETS OVER BY T5. NOT TO BAD. LEG ROOM'S PRETTY GOOD. THEY USE THE CHICANE TO SLOW THE PORSCHE CLASS DOWN. W/O IT THEY RUN 1:10'S. TREY YONCE RUNS 1:14.9!!!
Kenny what's up? I can't wait tell the 23rd rolls around 8)

what up! hope it stays dry for ya!!! ::)
