Do you have to saftey wire the stock oil cooler on a 00 R6.  If so would it be the huge bolt on the front?

not for CCS. The ONLY safety wire you NEED to do is
oil fill cap
dipstick
oil drain
oil filter

maybe coolant drain (not sure if it is required)
