Title: r6 tilt fuel pump shutoff sensor
Post by: bricef4 on April 06, 2004, 09:39:02 AM
Had a friend crash his new R6 Sunday night, new rider, at night, sharp curve=ditch.  Since the crash his fuel pump won't come on.  How does he reset the tilt sensor assuming he has one.    2003 r6.

Supposedly, you have to cycle the key a couple of times.

I had mine do this to me on a very slow lowside.  I wanted to get back in the race but the bike didn't.  Couldn't get it to start.  After pushing it ALL the way back to the pits, it started just fine. >:( >:( >:(

Where is the tipover sensor located on the current model R6?
