it was 12 at Daytona...
how many laps at the other tracks?
thanks
donno for sure, but at daytona it is the same distance, pretty much, as a GTU. So judging from that, Summit would be about 20 laps, and VIR about 14-15.
what you care about anyway, you wonder if you will get tired?
hey email me man
I should just always email you.. you're the only one that ever replies.... This board is useless... >:(

You posted your question at 10:23 p.m., you had a reply at 12:38 a.m.......
Why don't you try posting your question during the day when more people are on the board or wait a day for your answer before you call this board useless! >:(
Either that or go elsewhere for your information.

Super Dave,
Wasn't the Sportbike race at HPT like 25 laps?
I think it might have been longer last year. 29?
But, Sportbike was billed as the premier class, so its distance was longer.
Now, there are four FUSA events with none of them elevated to premier status; they all are the same length.
Usually, it's a set distance. So, the number of laps will be contingent upon the length of the track.
So, Greg, I don't have a rule book here. It's more that likely in the online rule book that states the length of the race. But I can't say for sure if it is. It will be longer than a normal sprint race. At RA, FUSA races will be 10 laps...the track is longer than Daytona. Scummit...probably more laps, but a similar distance. Looks like 40 miles based on RA.

I
do go elsewhere. The rulebook. And it isn't in there. The point isn't when I post it. People come on here at all hours...one of the perks of a message board. ::) Point is, I've asked many a question and why's it take 30-50 (sometimes more) views to get a response? I assume that 1 of those 30-50 people knew or had a pretty good idea (i.e. superdave's response -thank you by the way) and just to lazy to give a quick response. Yet all the BS topics on this forum get replies left and right.
So, in summary, it's NOT useless for entertainment value, but use it to get a legit answer to a legit question (in some sort of timely manner) and you're just SOL.

LOL!!!
BTW - - Greg, don't assume that everyone who views your posts knows the answer. I viewed it, but I didn't know. Unless you run the class (in your example) or know where to find it, why would you post?
We have over 1600 members of this 'unofficial CCS board' with all sorts of experience. The members of this board have been free with their information and knowledge. They have never belittled anyone for asking the same question over again as some other boards do. Your comment, in my opinion, was a slap in the face to those who regularly offer their experience and expertise.
Dawn
Greg.. c'mon man.. I can hit reload 50 times on this thread and raise the view count +50... just b/c it says 50, doesn't mean there were 50 different people viewing it.
OK right now, it says... 82 times read... watch what it will say now....
I think I've made my point... the discussion turns to something other than a legit question and what do you know, the responses (and smartass comments) start flowing in... Thank you very much. ;)
By the way, Dawn, wrong again. A slap in the face to the ones who do nothing but BS, maybe, but I always appreciate and thank the ones who actually take the time to answer my questions. Both know who they are, and the ones that offer the help know my comment isn't directed to them.
Mike.... you're just more bored than anyone else. :P
Besides, what's your point? If people are reading it more than once and never respond to it, that makes them even more useless! LOL they're wasting their OWN time!! LOL
I'm done. :-X Let's see how many more off topic responses I can get when known that I am finished in this topic...
hmmm... I just bought a new fish. What should I name it?

On another topic, how many sips are in a 12 oz Diet Coke. The one with the silver can and red lettering?

That's what I thought! It's a great name Bruce is! And to answer your diet coke question, I believe it takes 9 sips for a person who's 6'2 and weighs 200lbs.
While Bruce Lee is good....
... I prefer Jackie Chan, I like a guy with a sense of humor.

Dr. Kwak, your causal knowledge of the theoretical and empirical concerned with the nomethetic is certainly probabilistic!
I think the answer to the original question in this thread is in this passage.

Unfortunately, I'm unable to decipher it. Are you able to translate it?
I'm no expert, but I think it's song lyrics. Something about "me put pee-pee in your Coke"?
No No No No.... it says Guo Pha Q Yoo A Sea Ef in Chinese. Want me to translate it for you?
Yes.
How about naming it Aaron, after Mr. Yates?
why? Is it already beating up on stix?

;D :P
don't go to the WERA board then Greg, it is 1000% of this. This is a "serious" board based on that one.
Just watch for the FUSA schedules, they will include the laps when they post it. It is usually a set distance.
