What size rear sprocket needed for N FL on supersport legal SV using a 15 front and what is a good lap time to shoot for on same bike using Dots in Am class?

I was there for a track day last Jan. Talked to a Wera ex. on an sv that said he won his class the previous year. He said he was turning 1;25's
