Title: Road America class question
Post by: EM JAY on February 29, 2004, 05:21:14 PM
Ok, at Road America they are running UltraLightSuperbike and LightWeightSupersport together.  If I'm going for points in both classes I know I can pay to enter both and be scored as if I ran each class.  What I wanted to know is, for ULSB I will be racin my MZ and for LWSS I would run the SV.  What if I on Saturday race ULSB with the MZ, and Sunday I want to do LWSS with the SV?  How will they score my ULSB Sunday if I'm on the SV? Did I lose everyone?    ???

I don't think anyone knows.  Perhaps you should try calling CCS.

You have to race the bike that is legal in both classes to get points in both classes and you would take the inferior grid position.

So no on points for ULSB if you ride the SV. ride the MZ and you can get points in both classes.
