Post by: AK191 on February 09, 2004, 09:58:17 AM
Just curious who's on line and what you race.
 Might as well intoduce myself.
Alan Kay WERA / Fasttrax racer and race official just relocated to Bradenton Fl from Ohio. Will be racing Fl region soon as I settle in. I'll be on something light and Vintage or little GS500 in ULSB and F40.

I raced an FZR600 for a season, and took a year off.  Did manage a 5th and a 3rd in HW Sportsman with it.  Now this year, going back at it with an '01 R6 with high hopes.

I've got RZ350 and no clue.  Just got my lisence at Homestead this past week end.  Ran out of track during the first race and out of gas during the second.  Grrrrrrrrr.  I try to make all the stupid mistakes up front to get them out of the way.

There were about 8 bikes on the grid for ULSB.  An interesting mix of CCs, strokes and age.  There were a bunch of smiles when Henry announced CCS-FL would be running LWF40 in the future.  So there should be decent grids in the future.

I'm planning on running ULSB and LWF40 at Daytona.

Kool! I've seen you there. You got inverted forks on that RZ,correct?
Don't worry about bonehead moves.....it happens to experts too. Someday I'll share the goofy stuff I did my first season ::)

Yep.  That's me.  Maybe there should be a class for junk yard dogs.  The forks are from a 99 GSXR 600.  The swing arm is from a Yam FZ with a 96 GSX wheel.  As you can tell, I've got a good machinist.  If you ever need something done, I can get his info to you.

Yes, I will need his info for one of my Bastard projects.
One of my toys is GS500 with ZX7 forks and GSXR wheels.
