Title: Needs Help from Mid-Atlantic Racers
Post by: cbrf4_269 on February 02, 2004, 07:54:09 AM
Hi, my name is Sam and I've been racing the last two years with CCS and WERA on my F4 (soon to be new 600rr).   Can you help a girl out???   My numbers were given to a newbie racer by the name of Chris Kald.  I want my numer #797 back and will give him what I was issued or will definitely work something out.  People know me by my number and the fact that i'm the only Middleweight racer chic that frequents Summit Point & VIR.    If anything knows this guy....please let him know that I need to get a hold of him.   You can e-mail, or PM me and go from there.  Thanks

Sam S.
#797 (temporarily #197)

I'm currently under my teammates name (CBRF4 269), so don't let that male symbol fool you.

call tiffiney of ccs @ 817-332-4822 and ask her to arrange a number change if possible. my teammate's number was given away too, and I think he has lost his 2-digit for good.

in any case, you can always get my old num - 977  :D

I called Tiffiney and she gave me his name, but not his number, she would only release it if Chris would okay it :(

I lost my region and my number.  :( For some reason when my teammate and I renewed our licenses, we were moved to the North East region, even though we signed up for Mid-Atlantic. In doing so someone else already had my number so I didn't even get to retain my own number.  :-/

ask tiffiney to call him and see if he will agree to a switch. if he doesn't care about hte number he may agree to it.

same happened to my teammate. He thought he was renewing his MA license, but he was re-regioned into NE. So he didn't send his entry to LRRS(sent to texas), and he wasn't notified. He lost his MA 2-digit and couldn't get a loudon 2-digit (sent it after deadline because he didnt know). Maybe CCS should have specified which region you are to be renewed in. Like past years where you renewal form were pre-filled...

yeah R6Philly, I'll probably call her again and see if she is willing to call him and notify him that I am requesting a number change.  I just feel bad calling her for like the fourth time and harassing her about this.  I know this isn't her doing and it's not really in her job title.   It seems stupid but it's my numbers, people know me by these numbers.

she would be glad to help you :) she is in licsensing which include assigning number. if you know how many times other people have called her you would be surprised.  ;) ;D
