tiff, what about the 1st event, care to let the cat out of the bag?
Cat? Where's a cat? I can't be around cats! Bad for expectant mommies...
Another cat out of the bag??????
Tiff, congrats but that's not the cat we were hoping to get. ;D Shake the bag again and if see if a kitty holding a partial schedule in his mouth comes running out. ;)
Thanks

hey ned, you going to daytona? What are your plans for next year?
Cats are icky...come on, anything that can hack up its weight in hair is nasty.
Sorry guys, I have to be careful and not shake the bag too much! I have a feeling you'll have what you're looking for very soon.
;)

at this point it looks like i won't be going to daytona, i will just be getting back to full strength, so it may be pushing it a bit, we'll see. also to start the season w/such a huge expense isn't probably the smartest way of doing things.
i'm going to give white plates a good shot, so it's going to be a tough year money-wise but i'll have to bite the bullet. i'm planning on running ccs ma again but also a few f-usa and wera national rounds, so i'm eager to see next year's schedule to figure out how i can fit it all in. if i'm on pace, i'll try to qualify at one or 2 of the east coast ama rounds, but that remains to be seen.
it's been an expensive 3 years after learning how to ride a bike in '00 both finanially and personally, sometimes it makes me wonder a bit. losing a good chunk of my business at the beginning of this year didn't help much either, but that's life sometimes. however i don't want to be one of those guys who had some success as a am and then just gives up when the ass kicking begins as a expert either, so i'm going full throttle into next year. after that we'll see.
whew...you? lol.
good plan. I am looking forward to this next year too.
I am going to concentrate on the FUSA series. Learn new things, run with the fast guys. This year I did both GTU and GTO, and I start to like the longer races more than the sprints. So I will probably do Sportbike and Superbike or ULGP and superbike.
I will also make it to summit and VIR CCS/WERA events whenever possible. I don't really want to, or plan to contest the regional series, just go and practice and have fun. I don't really look forward to racing with a small grid, or race by myself, so the qualifying + race format suit my desire much better. I am sure we will be gridded together plenty of times next year, and our rivalry will continue :) I still remember we fighting for 10th place in turn 4 at VIR or everywhere at summit, and we will race more next year.
See ya at VIR next year, we gonna bring it
