Title: SV650 - Change rear tire w/ less hassle
Post by: dylanfan53 on September 21, 2003, 08:29:54 AM
1.) Next time you change your rear tire, apply RTV to the inside edge of the chain adjuster end caps.  This will keep the little stinkers in place so you won't have to chase them around during future changes.

2.) While you're at it, next time you change your rear sprocket, go in the hub and RTV the inside edge of the stud bolt heads.  That will hold them against the inside of the hub and keep them from falling out and spinning around.

I had the prices wrong on my earlier post.  They are correct now.

I have an offer (but no money yet) for $125 for the kit.
