Are you still planning to be at RA the 11th and 12th? I need some pics! :D
Jen took a few good ones at the last BHF, but our equipment is limiting. Outside of April BHF, I haven't been at an event that you have.
Also, I have some questions for you that I would like to ask you sometime.
RA 11th & 12th???????????????
Who/what/how much?

Thanks Kim.
I was in the wrong month (what do you mean it isn't June?) ;)
Dawn :)
ugh... nambla...
I'm such a tightwad....
Yes I'll be at RA.
Yes, Jeff. You ARE a tightwad. But that's OK. I'll be thinking of you while I'm dragg'n through the carousel! :P BTW, what does a race weekend cost you? How much track time do you get?
Blackhawk this weekend
Road America October 11-12
Putnam Park October 18-19
Dawn, I like the way you think. June was GOOD!
Yeah Jack, but on a race weekend, when I pass someone I feel like I've accomplished something. A track-day isn't really the same...
::) does nesba take Amex? ::)

No more race weekends in the Midwest?

Beleive me, there will be some fast guys in the Advanced group. There will be people to play with. I know, it's not really the same, so race the track, get ready for next year if CCS makes it to RA.
And as for being a tightwad, yeah NESBA has a membership fee of $75. But that is good for a year of when you purchase it, not just 2003. So you say sheesh, $75, well what did you pay at the gate for CCS to get into RA? $40 for you and Jennifer? So you're down to $35.
So a day at RA, $170. Over 2 hours on the track. 20 minute session at the top of each hour. Keep in mind that in the Advanced group there is no restrictions on passing. Of course we expect it to be a bit more polite than racing, but it's basically an open practice. Last RA track day I was at Shawn Conrad was there playing on a 600RR. You could always try to pass him! ;D
QuoteNo more race weekends in the Midwest?
Unfortunately no. :'(
Okay, makes sense... I thought it was only good for the season...
(hmmmmmmmmmm they take amex too :D)
ahhh the life of the cash poor.
QuoteYes, Jeff. You ARE a tightwad. But that's OK
LOL! Sorry, Jeff...
;D
It's just funny... ;D
lol... the truth often times is :D
I got on the phone with a guy who was going to do some work for me, and he said "oh yeah, you're that 'something for nothing guy'!"...
