Title: Gate fees for VIR
Post by: fizzer400 on September 11, 2003, 06:12:57 AM
The upcoming events at VIR will be my first time at that track, so I was wondering what the gates fees/infield admission are?

Thanks,
Jeff

" Sooooo.. Jeff... you're on a 400 eh.... what races are you planning on doing?"

Nope! I was when I originally joined this forum, but have since sold the 400 and moved to the SV. I was actually at Roebling last time, but had to exit the LW SS race early with electrical problems. I believe you were there, you ride an RS250, right? I'm on bike #419. I'm planning on doing the Am Thunderbike race Sat and maybe the LW SS race Sunday. How 'bout you?

Ahhh yea.. that's what I like to hear. :)
Sorry it was for bike problems though :)

Yup.. I'm on the 250, doing a full schedule as usual.. GTL, MWSM, LWSS, LWSB, LWGP.

I see you're pretty close to Bill Davenport in SE LW SS points, good luck with that.

We'll probably see ya up there!

yea, well I can NEVER beat Bill, unless it under certain circumstances (like what happened at Roebling)... so He's gonna wrap up 1st..Tuttle is another one.. so with being double points he'll probably pass me for second.. so I'm hoping to hold onto 3rd.

Mike, Yea, I went Jennings to gain a few points on you guys for some SE points. The way it looks is if I can get at least 5th or 6th in SBK and maybe 2nd or 3rd in SS I can beat Bill for first in the SE series. Ill be eating my wheaties and trying to hang it out for these last races of the season. See you there Mike. Yea you did great in the rain at roebling, good going. That was my first rain race ever so I was real, real cautious. I did much better at barber in the wet since it didnt bother me so much the second time around.  J.Tuttle

Yea.. I'm sure I'll get whooped up on at VIR, as usual. With the way things are now, with me not at Jennings, I've gotta try and hang on to a 2 and third places.

I kinda blew everything by not going to any of the Jennings races, but it just wasn't in the cards for this season, b/c I didn't expect to do this well either. Oh well  :(

Oh yea, Roebling.. I was amazed.. I wan't planning on doing that well.. just went out on DOTs to get some points, but I slowly caught up to Bill.. so I said 'shlt', I might be able to catch him...and I did. It was an awesome race, the LWGP.. came down to the last few turns.

don't forget that Ryan from CAD took a lot of first from bill this past weekend so Bill will be hungry for a win at VIR.

Yea, Aaron/Cornerspeen has racer practice on Fri.

Oh yea.. I'm not worried about Bill, James, or any of those guys.. they always blow me away at VIR. (well at just about every track, actually).

I just gotta try and do the best I can to hang on to what I've got.

Good news for you< Mike...
Bill ain't going to VIR.

He met some girl and he's going with her to Martha's Vineyard or something.

to be honest, I'm kinda dissapointed. I really enjoy chasing him.
