That pic looks pretty damn close to the bike....

A few things are off a bit, but all and all its pretty good...

The R1, I have no idea about.. at all

I was told the new model woudl be released as 2005, but with all the new bikes, maybe they didnt want to have their thunder stolen.... Or maybe there really isnt a new model....

I think there are a lot of imaging flaws with the Honda photos.  Namely why would Honda put Tokico brakes on their bike.  Yamaha chose Nissin.  

Some of the shadows on the top image are off.  I think it's a fake.  We'll have to see.

The Yamaha look like the brakes that they've had on the R1, R6 and YZF models.  I'm not sure who makes them, but they work well.  Didn't think they were Nissan.

And now the rules...

Honda might campaign both the CBR and the RC in AMA Superbike?
