Title: Stump Rules on the RR
Post by: lil_thorny on August 25, 2003, 09:03:58 AM
look out middleweights, there's a new Stumpy in town
Stumpy was on the Box and out of the gates in a hurry all weekend long. Great job Greg!!!!
you see, a little motor and a lotta work go a long way
2sec's better on average right?
it was nice working with you  and seeing results.....
or seeing that little RR in front of me most of the day.
Benji.

Thanks Alot for all the help this weekend!! Shows what a little motor and some diferent lines will do! I could not have done it without ya! Thanks To Dave Rosno for tweekin' in the suspension also, had that rr dialed in just right ;) Although I was sick of suspension at the end of the weekend I was still counting the turns on my shower fossit this morning(how many turns from full in) Great lesson on passing also in the bus stop Benj. I gotta learn that one ;) Thanks Guys.    STuMpY

P.S Still Thinkin about those who got injured!! GET WELL SOON!!!!!!

On the way home I sang (in Wizard of Oz mode)...

"Preload, Rebound, Compression...Oh my!"

Bottom line:  The time invested clickin' that stuff is worth it.

Yes...

Good job.

Feedback...that's important too.  You worked it, I tried to understand and make adjustments.  You did a good job.  Nice...

Ike, WHEN you get back out you mean, Stumpy was just saying he can't wait to ride with you again...it's been too long.

The next BHF will be our last race this year so heal up!!!

Ya Ike we missed ya the last couple of Blackhawks!
I was feeling cornered a couple of times with no Honda buddies to back me. Hope you heal up for the next one. You gotta hear the RR scream. I hear it in my sleep all night long ::)          StUmPy

Hey Gregg,  Went to the doctor last night and found out that i have 2nd degree burn, two pulled muscles in my calf,  and a bruised tail bone.  All from the crash in the pit bike race.
