does anyone know where I can find a keyless ignition switch?
Make one. Toggle switch(es)
Got a wiring Diagram? I can probably help.
Mine uses the factory starter and kill switch, with it basically wired straight from the battery and starter.
New honda's (99+), you cannot simply wire a toggle switch in.
I couldn't figure it out why it wouldn't start. The schematic doesn't show it, but after I looked at a smashed ignition switch, I found a small capacitor in it which pulsed out one of the lines to the ECM. Theft deterrent I guess...
SV has a similar thing. That's why I said I would try and help. If he wired it per the diag and it didnt start, I would look at the wires, and look at what might be likely to have something extra like that.
Shoulda bought an old Duc! ;D ;D ;D
Yeah, there's usually some kind of a resistor in the switch now. If you can figure out what it is, you can make a switch. But, a different switch usually isn't as durable to constant vibration as the OEM switch; they usually fall apart when you don't want them to.
What'd you do? Lose your key? :D

Nope...I was just looking at a bike for sale with a salvage title. They dont have the keys for the bike. Just looking at my options.
Ohhhh Pierre, we have a certain F4i in need of a home ;D...
It still has keys....
Take the assembly along with the bill of sale/title to a locksmith and have them make a key.
