Arthur, my thoughts, prayers and hopes of a speedy recovery are with you and your family.
:(
Our prayers for a complete recovery!
Arthur, make a speedy recovery, we are all praying for you.
I spoke with Ray Bowman today (a friend of the family), Artie is still in critical condition and the possibility of his recovery is still unknown. His wife and family could really use your support.
If you would take a moment of time to send a card or note (no live plants, baloons are fine) to:

thanks Dawn.
Just wondering if anyone has heard more on Artie and how he is doing.
Amy
According to his web site, they did surgery on his shattered hip and rebuilt it. The surgery was successful and he came out in stable condition.
The put a chest tube to drain the fluid in his chest. Thankfully there was no bacteria in it. They will be doing a MRI before he has knee surgery and they have moved him to the burn unit. He is improving, but "he is not out of the woods yet"
This is wonderful news. Please keep your prayers comming.

It appears Artie has received alot of blood. Help out your local blood bank by giving a pint or two. This is the time of year they tend to need it as folks aren't thinking about it like they would after a disaster.

It looks like Artie is finally able to be moved to a hospital closer to his home.
Dawn :)
I can't believe he's been in the hospital here (K.C.) for that long! Hopefully his recovery will go quicker once he's back home.
