The helmet law in Pennsylvania may be repealed. I always wear a helmet and always will, but I don't like being told I have to. I'd like to see the law go away (as I would with any law...). The state Senate has passed the bill (senate bill 259) and next it will go to the House of Reps. Governor Rendell has promised not to veto it. It may go to the House as early as tomorrow (Thursday 6-26). If you have an opinion on the subject (hopefully against helmet laws) and live in Pennsylvania, please call your state Reps office ASAP.
