Title: Michelin contingency
Post by: EX#996 on June 20, 2003, 04:46:33 PM
We switched to Michelin's in May.  We filled out the contingency forms.  The contingency sheet says we have to register with Michelin....

How do we do this?

Anyone know?

Thanks!

I don't think I did anything special, myself.  The card showed up one day at the house, and then we checked it and it had money on it.

Michelin's rock!

And so does Tom Mason!

Same here. I filled a contingency form and got a card in the mail. Tommy Mason has a machine that he uses to read how much contingency there is in the card and can give you a little prinout of your available total.

I didn't even file a contingency sheet other than the one's that we do for CCS.  Michelin has special sheets for some organizations, but they file everything with the contingency sponsors.

Yeah, what I meant was that I filled the regular CCS contingency sheet that you turn in at tech, not a special one, just like Dave said.

I'm racing Wera this season, our Michelin rep doesn't even have his card swipe box.  Walt Shafer keeps saying 2 weeks.

Is there any way to find out how much is on the card besides at the track?  Online?, phone call?.

I should have some $$ waiting, sure wish I could use it. ;D

sorry our rep had a form to fill out Pre-season that enabled us to get signed up for the Bib-buck card before season started I guess it was just to get ball rolling for those that would be running Michelin for the season.

It is not needed with the CCS form being filled out it sounds like.

Thank everyone.

I'll keep my fingers crossed and keep watching the mail box.
