Title: AMA Amateur Road Racing Grand Championships
Post by: lfg929 on June 07, 2003, 07:46:14 PM
Anyone going? It is July 23-24 (the Wednesday and Thursday before superbike races). I am asking for a selfish reason. I am in CCS, but most of the tracks they run are not near me. Mid-Ohio is just 45 minutes away. Currently WERA is likely to have a strong showing and may have a lot of the classes structured to favor their rules because of it. I run a 929 and am a novice (WERA won't let a novice run a litre bike) *so* I want a bunch of novice litre bike guys from CCS to enter to insure I have a class to race in. :-)

The web site is here: http://www.ama-cycle.org/amrace/2003/rr/index.asp

The only requirements so far is you have to be an AMA member and have a license with another racing organization.
