Title: GSXR Wheels?
Post by: Gixxer124 on June 07, 2003, 11:37:05 AM
Will 1997 GSXR750 wheels fit a 2002 GSXR600? How about the cush drive and sprockets?

you have to use the srad spacers to mount the older wheels on the newr bikes. I havent done it my self but that what ive been told how it works.

The rear wheel is wider 6 vs 5.5 We didn't even mess with that but it would require using the matching cush drive for that wheel and having those sprockets as they are different as well. The front wheel rotor spacing is different (might be having a brain fart if not the rotors then it is the hub itself). It has been over 2 years since we tried

Basically more pain that it is worth and we had a machinst available to do the work for us and sold theold wheels and bought new ones.
