I'm a little confused about what I need to do to qualify for Dunlop contingency.

Yea, at tech I know I fill out the normal CCS contingency form that lists all the co.s and check the appropriate boxes.

But I was just looking at the CCS site and saw that they have this special 'Dunlop' Contingency form that we're supposed to fill out? - http://www.formulausa.com/contingency/Dunlop%20Claim%201.pdf

Can anyone shed some light on this... did you get certs w/o filling out this form?.. Do we need to fill it out?

I called RTS and they didn't know what this separate claim form was.

Anyone?

I got my contingency coupon thingy without filling that out. Just the form you hand in at tech.
