Cool story.  I was checking out some of the sidecars over the weekend.  Each one is different.  Interesting to see how everyone sets stuff up differently.

Last year I got a chance to ride as a passenger as one.  It was on the grey #91 car (sorry, I can't remember the driver's name).  Anyways, his passenger last year at Firebird east hadn't come in on a flight yet, so he had racers go out with him as passengers so he could get some track time.  It was during the summer, so it was really hot out, but that thing was scary fast!  The track sure does look different when you're that close to the ground.  The lines were way different than I was used to on my bike.  I could only do a few laps with him before the heat started to get to me, but it was fun to try out for a few laps.

The sidecar races were really fun to watch up in Vegas.  Hopefullly we'll get to see a few more in the future.  :)
