Title: No pit bikes at Summit in 2016?
Post by: Eskimo on July 29, 2015, 08:58:04 AM
Read on the Summit page: "NEW Track Rule: No Pit Bikes, ATVs, Dirt Bikes are allowed Outside the Paddock. (None will be allowed on the premises at all beginning in 2016)"

Guess scooters are OK though? Must be some kind of registration / insurance thing.. ::)

Probably kids (of all ages) getting hurt riding around out in the woods behind the pits and as you stated insurance. I assume that any vehicle with a legal license tag would be ok.

per my discussion tagged street legal scooters allowed, licensed operator, sorry kids.
I will check on bicycles but believe them to be okay still for all ages.

Another reason my Yamaha DT-80K is so awesome.  I don't get restricted by such rules.

Hell ANY Honda, Yamaha, Aprilia, Vespa moped does. Still seeing mid 80's Sprees selling for near a grand here. They were around $400 NEW back then.
