Anyone else been getting a nonstop "busy" status on the pre-entry faxes you've been sending in this week? Several attempts over several days this week with the same note - busy - pretty rad.

And the problem with online entry is same that you are experiencing, multiple entries incoming at same time, except online entry once submitted if not answered still showed as "submitted".
If desired you can scan and email entry but prefer this is done during normal business hours so email is removed from cyberspace immediately.
After switching fax machines at my office, on the 4th try Friday, it went through. It was odd b/c it's the first time I'd not had the fax go through on the 1st attempt at any point, even trying throughout the week in the middle of the day. Oh well - appears to be good to go.
On a related note... how do I check entry status?
I sent emails in (twice) with no response, and called several times during 10-4 Mon-Thurs with no response.
I'm brand new to CCS and handed in my hand-written entries for the entire year at BHF on 5/18, the day after my licensing clinic.
My card hasn't been charged for the roughly $1700 it should cost, and I can't get a hold of anyone. I'm afraid I'm going to show up at the Road America round and have to pay post-entry prices, not to mention a back-row grid
Any suggestions?

I am not sure where your messages went as I return 90% of them and I do not have any unreturned messages(or at least unattempted returns , bad numbers, no VM etc) nor unreturned emails.

When I pre-enter at the track I take a picture of the entry form after the CCS person dates and initials it. Gives you proof of when it was submitted if needed.
