Does anyone know whether this Friday is going to be a practice day at BHF? The LHP Sportrider day appears to be on the following Monday. The BHF 2003 overall schedule shows CCS Racing on May 8,9,10,11. http://www.blackhawkfarms.com/events/overall.htm

Anyone planning on doing practice Friday?

yep it usually is... VRS school on thursday then
practice all day fri. then races sat/ sun.

I know on Friday's there's no tech inspection, but what is required to get on the track??? i.e., if I wanted to run my new RR with NO bodywork, could I?

Jeff:

All I have ever seen the track require is a vaild CCS license. If need be we could rig up some sort of belly pan.

was at BIR. they look so cool with that little butt
way up in the air. looking forward to seeing it.

Jeff, are you gonna race this weekend? I think I got some # plates if you need 'em.

I don't see why they would require bodywork. Just rig up a bellypan, and go out there for the weekend! ;D :D

Jeff - re belly pan - there was a guy at the WERA race last weekend with a completely nekkid SV, running a dang disposable aluminum foil turkey roaster pan safety wired underneath for a belly pan. Honest to god - never seen that one before - and it went thru tech no problem. Who knew?

No. I've still got waaaaay too much work to do on the bike. It's in little pieces right now in my garage...
