For all your help at RA. It sucks going to races by yourself. I had some friends lined up to support me at the races but bailed at the last minute. Thank God for racer friends.
After I crashed in T13 I got up and felt fine assessed myself good to go, ran to my bike and no go. This morning I was stiff as a board my entire body hurt so bad I had to leave work early and rest up. Oh, I found the transmitter on my way out so I don't have to pay CCS $350.00
Damage assessment: bent shifter and shift rod, body damage nothing to serious, fairing stay bent, both handlebar tubing bent. I figure around $100.00 worth of repairs or less.
I hope this will be my last set of crashes for the year. knock on wood!!!!! 2 crashes in one weekend that suxs at least the major crash happened in my last race of the weekend. Thanks again Dawn for all your help hope we can pit together at BHF my family will be there.

Tony:
I'm glad to hear that you found your transponder. What a relief! Plus, the repairs don't cost too much.
Rest you body and take it easy. Feel free to pit next to us at Blackhawk. I look forward to meeting your wife and little girl.
Dawn ;)

Tony,
you must have been the guy who crashed coming out of the Billy Mitchell bridge. I was watching from the bridge when you went down. It looked pretty bad but I was pretty glad that you were up and walking around looking for something (perhaps that transponder). :)

Thanks Rev,
After I checked my bike and realized the trasponder was missing at that moment I was more worried about having to pay CCS $350.00 then damage to my bike or myself.
Going into turn 13 I was trying to push real hard since my gearing choice was way off I had to make it up in the turns. I started to feel the front end slide alittle and I think I went wide it hard to remember all the details All I really remember was a hard impact and rolling, rolling, and more rolling. I thought I could get one more race out of those tyres. Sunday morning I bought a fresh set, but decided to wait until BHF to mount them. I guess that was poor tyre management. It was good lesson learned.

Thought that might have been you.
Hope things get better.
Tires... They get eaten up. I did in three rears in three days. My pocket book is lighter, but the Michelin's did me good. Thanks, Tommy Mason!
