Due to overwhelming demand and unexpected delays in production, the first batch of transponders is being shipped directly to Homestead to insure that riders that are racing Febuary 10-11 will have their activated units. The second batch is coming to our office and once we have confirmation of who has picked up theirs and who has not will be shipping the remaining pre ordered units out, ~Feb 19
Just got word regarding second shipment of transponders. After assurances they had been shipped, tracking them we found they had been confused for shipping of 3rd batch. What this means is the 2nd batch which was to come here to office to be mailed out indivually to riders is at/on way to Roebling Road. The 3rd batch has also been sent there.
I am sorry for this mess up in shipping, we will have more than enough to cover everyone at RRR and I hope 4th batch is here at office shortly and I can finally get bored stuffing boxes for a couple of days.
UGGH!!! is about all I can say right now
We began packaging and shipping transponders out last week when we recieved a call from manufacturer that shipment for this week was going to be delayed. We halted packing and shipping at that point to insure we would have adequete supply for racers this weekend at Heartland Park an Jennings.
This morning we receved notification that batch had passed QC and was in fact going to make it in time for races this weekend.
What that has left us with is all the units in our office that we were boxing for shipment could have gone out last week but now we do not have time in shipping to get to riders before the event.
I am very sorry for this delay, once again we will have pre ordered unts available at the track.
Finally I can say we are 100% caught up!
All units preordered thru last Thursday are in the mail.
So from TX to WI I should see it tomorrow?

I would think so, per USPS shipping guidelines from Texas all areas were less than 5 days.
