Title: AVOID D9 INDUSTRIES at all costs ! ! !
Post by: Jordan Long Unlimited on December 12, 2011, 08:21:43 PM
HI there kids . .

I wanted to inform EVERYONE that I tried to work with Denver Houch A.K.A. D9 Industries. I didnt know that he was doing such a horrible job and screwing people over like he is trying to screw me over right now. If I would have seen this posting and read what you guys have been saying about him and how he does business I would have stayed away from him. But hind site is 20/20, I know know and now I am adding my two cents to the "Blacklisting" of D9 Industries. By the way he is not trying to re-name the business "Fatal Cycles" yeah fatal if you try to do any business with him ! ! !

Here is the skinny, so people read this and understand where I am coming from, I am a Road Racer in the South East in the same city where D9 is at, I say a flyer and wanted to see what he could do for me and my racing, I bought two thing from him that he already he on hand and payed for them in full, then when the race season is over I called him up to claim my rewards from my racing. Now he claims that I didnt do my job at promoting the company, and didnt know how many races I do on a weekend and wasnt going to pay. After some hot talks via e-mail he agrees to pay but after he makes some sales and wont pay me out of his own money. But he isnt making any money so he REALLY doesnt intend on paying me ! !

That's my take on D9 Industries and Denver Houch, if I was anyone here and got screwed by him and the company I would file suit against him.

This could be the least coherent post I've read in months.

I thought it was just me.  JL Unlimited,  if you need help writing something ask someone first.  At least give it a quick proof read, especially if you are going to call someone out.

Ok,

I have heard from my peers and it seems that people want some details,  well I can try to elaborate as much as I can.  I spoke to the guy to get a sponsorship for my racing, after a few coversations we agreed that it would work for both parties, well after the season was over and I can to him to collect on my winnings from the races I was in he claimed that I was promoting the company at all and I wasn't supposed to be paid by the race but by the final standings. From the contract me and him signed that wasn't the case, and now he says that sales are slow and he cant pay me the money that he owes me and will not pay me out of his pocket.

I wasnt aware of his bad business ethics until I "Googled" D9 Industries and found alot more people that have had all kinds of problems with him and him running the "Company" like false advertising and bad communication not to mention lying to his customers about him and where they are buying their products . .

If you think I am telling a tale or something do a search for your self and you will see the same thing I found out . . So I hope this helps clear some things up that I may have left out in my previous posts . . .
