Hey Guys. My name is Matt. I have been riding and into bikes for awhile but I have never done any track riding. I have been building my GPz for a long time and recently decided to make it a track only bike. I am hoping to pick some brains and see where this thing will fit in. My current rides are my GPz(obviously) and I have a drz with a few mods in off road and SM trim.

It will be a track day bike next season but hopefully it will fall into some sort of vintage mod class and allow me to do at least one race on it. My closest track is VIR but Summit isnt out of the question either.
WERA Vintage

Thanks for the link! I looked through both WERA and CCS rules on vintage classes and the wera stuff was a little more helpful which is why i joined a ccs forum hoping to get some insight. In Wera i would end up in Vintage 7 heavyweight because the swingarm im using is from a 95, the wheels and 6pot calipers. Also why im pulling the turbo back off or else i doesnt seem im eligible for any class. Still trying to figure out if i can run the FI or if i have to go back to carbs :wah: At least thats the way I read it. Im hoping to get someone who races vintage ccs and maybe has a better idea than i can get from the rulebook. It also seems the vintage races are few and far between so im trying to fall into a reasonable class in both
thanks!
