Nope they are not unless yopu are racing in the Florida Region and you are racing Unlimited GP-"The Big Race".

They probably won't complain unless it's Jennings. I used to run one on my old Hawk. Gary (CCS Tech) asked me if it was under 150 DB and I said "Of course!". Tech passed. I wasn't lying, at that moment I'm sure it was well under 150.
