instead of practicing on friday for the lightning race I decide to pull my shock and forks and have them rebuilt by CTR, john looked really busy with forks clamped in all vices in his trailer; despite my "is it done yet, is it done yet" trips to his trailer he kept it cool, managed to finish my suspenders in time and personally deliver them to my pit - and im only a lowly amateur and not some 16 yo ama kid! the suspension worked awesome, i did not touch his set up at all and my tires lasted like they should, i set some personal bests and won some races! thumbs up man,
John is a good guy, always comes thru :thumb:
What did they rebuild. I'm looking to do suspension work but probably not until the winter.
yup.. John is a good dude. Sure hoping he can get back on a dirt bike before October so we can do some riding when he's down in FL for the ROC.
Wow, lucky you. He must have been in a good mood.
Salty, you better thank him after winning 4 races :)
