Title: Olhins Triple shock....diff between hi & lo speed dampening? What they do?

Hi speed compression dampening would do what????
Lo speed compression dampening would do what????

basically hi speed helps with sharp or quick bumps. like transitions between pavement, bouncing over curbs, stuff that move the suspension fast. low speed works on everything else
