Hard times. More and more, it's looking like the racing period of the late 80's...but I think it feels worse.
Although we didn't have the long list of aftermarket product sponsors then.
Another reason to look at those that ARE continuing to find ways to offer more opportunities for a payout.
i.e.-PIRELLI
i guess kawi sold enough bikes last year to racers, so they don't have to worry about 2010 sales...
either that or you and farell won too much money being the bounty hunters you guys are..
I figured kawi would have kept their contingency program.
They did keep the contingency program only for offroad and MX. But no Road Race. :banghead:
Saw a press release that said they are not dropping the Kawasaki contingency, they just have not announced it yet.
This one?

i talked directly to kawasaki congency people and they told me that road racing has been dropped, that was monday, so that is what i was told from kawasaki
This might be a biased opinion, but it occurs to me that the road racing program was the most publicized program. Maybe thats cause thats all I care to read. I would think that super-moto would have gotten the axe before Road racing side did.
Or it could just be that they want Brian to go take some other companies money.
