Just in case you weren't feeling too old today ........

The people who are starting college this fall were born in 1992.

They are too young to remember the space shuttle blowing up.

Their lifetime has always included AIDS.

The CD was introduced two years before they were born.

They have always had an answering machine.

They have always had cable..

Jay Leno has always been on the Tonight Show.

Popcorn has always been microwaved .

They never took a swim and thought about Jaws.

They don't know who Mork was or where he was from.

They never heard: 'Where's the Beef?',
'I'd walk a mile for a Camel ' or
'de plane Boss, de plane'.

McDonald's never came in Styrofoam containers.

They don't have a clue how to use a typewriter.

Pass this on to the other old fogies on your list.

Notice the larger type?

That's for those of us who have trouble reading.

P.S. Save the earth. It's the only planet with chocolate.
Live, Love and Laugh, Life is too short!!  You just don't know that when your 20 years old

My new deckhand has a Masters degree but is out of work, also a long employment record with EPA.
Said he was born in 1980.
Having started Motocross racing in 1969, I feel somewhat flummoxed.

I'm not that old.  In fact, I'm going to be celebrating the 30th anniversary of my 22nd birthday in a few weeks.

To My Boss:

The lost Dr. Seuss Poem

I love my Job!

I love my job. I love the pay!
I love it more and more each day.
I love my boss, he is the best!
I love my boss and all the rest.

I love my office and it's location. I hate to have to go on vacation.
I love my furniture, drab and grey, and piles of paper that grow each day!
I think my job is really swell, there's nothing else I love so well.
I love to work among my peers, I love their leers and jeers and sneers.
I love my computer and it's software: I hug it often though it won't care.
I love each program and every file. I;d love them more if they worked a while.

I'm happy to be here. I am. I am.
I'm the happiest slave of the Firm, I am.
I love this work. I love these chores.
I love the meetings with deadly bores.
I love my job - I'll say it again - I even love those friendly men.
Those friendly men who've come today, in clean white coats to take me away!!!   :ahhh:
