Title: eating machine
Post by: Ducmarc on December 31, 2009, 09:17:28 PM
so it's new year's eve  after dinner i'm beating up a shrimp ring ring watching the tube while my daughter bakes a couple of pies ( new hobby YES) and i started wondering exactly how does one become 400 lbs ? i work but don't excersize much. i only guess that that i've been on an Atkins diet all these years and did not know it or sugar is not fatting.  yeah it's boring out here tonight

I gained ten pounds from Thanksgiving to New Years and have so far lost two of them.  Salad and meat...

Yeah, definitely a different metabolism than what I have.

I eat whatever, dont exersize per-say and hover around 155-160.

you're lucky, my daughter decided to start experimenting with fresh baking. Everything by scratch. She has no graduated from pies into cakes.  I used to have a high metabolism rate, but after 40 it all goes down hill.

I'm sure it will change, and to a degree, it already has.
Watching what I eat a bit more, but not going to refrain from what I like either.
