Hi racers, I'm new to the site but I'm former expert 64 from the midwest region who retired in 99. I had the "Norseman Racing" team for about 12 years. I am trying to track down my old race bikes and I found a couple so far. I sold another one, a VFR-750 to a CCS racer from the midwest back in 99, he was an amature and his nick name was "fleet farm" because he wore orange leathers. Sorry I can't remember his real name, but he raced an old VF-500 until he bought my old 750. I sold him my two brothers suit too. So, kinda a long winded request, but if anyone remembers him, or me for that matter, please contact me at sethrugo@gmail.com. he raced Blackhawk a lot. I used to haqve a big winnebago and a red trailer and always tried to pit by the pavillion and I had my dalmation with. Blah, blah. I know well, i'd. Like to get in contact with old "fleet farm" so if anybody could help me out, I'd sure be greatful. I still wanna race but my wife says I'm too old......thanks guys!
You're never too old to race...just maybe too old to crash.

I remember that guy. I think his name is Charles Tomes. Talked with a guy a few times back when Thunderbike was called Heavyweight Sportsman that rode a Vf500 and then an old skool VFR750. I think he disappeared around 2000-2001 from racing.
Thanks for the info bud, the name rings a bell. That old 750 was a good bike back in it's day. Thanks again. I'll try and track down that name.
