I would bet on two specific issues. First, cost. It's a neat place that can host AMA events and has a regular WERA event(s). Next, it's not terribly far from Barber where CCS has regular events at a costly facility that can host an AMA event. CCS has to choose what's going to be viable for them to sustain their business.
road atlanta is a fun track but the place is a dump

Kudzu????
How about the little Mexican restaurant that we ran the scooter out of oil at? I kinda miss being sick for years at a time... Maybe not so much the dude that stole your cc's....
Ehh - It's Road Atl.. Not my favorite - But I wouldn't mind a CCS race there...
But SD is right - CCS has to do what is best for their future sustainability in this economy..

Yeah, it was cool for the GNF. Haven't been on the new T12, but I do admit that I liked the original Gravity Cavity.
I had a dog once that I called Kudzu.
Couldn't control him at all and he crapped all over the place!
As long as he didn't digest whole trees, I think you're fine...
rather go to robeling cheap hotels ,great sea food and newer pavement

Agreed. We found a great Mexican place once in Savannah. One of my favorite places, Savannah. But you'd have to check out Anna Maria's in Beloit by Blackhawk. It rocks.

Road Atlanta has amazing pavement and its most recent update is only 2.5 years old I believe. Is roeblings really that good?
bring back Robeling to the ccs schedule!! ,...pretty please.. 8)
Roebling is great. I think there is a serious potential for big injury there....but it is really fun.
ummm there's serious threat everywhere Dwyer.... :ass:
I would love to go to RoadA.

It's been more than 10 years since CCS was at Road A. It is th emost expensive track in the area to rent. Barber cost more for the track, bit Road A tacks on a bunch of stuff you have to also rent if you want to have people on the track you rented.
