Now appears that it's not an issue with the host, but a routing issue with some Internet providers -- I currently can't get to it through my SBC/AT&T connection.

The webhost is fine, it was a DNS server issue and it depends where you live and what DNS servers you use.
I use OpenDNS and the site is working fine - http://www.opendns.com/
