Post by: Garywc on May 26, 2009, 06:38:59 PM
I was wondering if anyone has had the problem of the SV not wanting to go in to 2nd once in a while, and it came back out to nuterul once on the start.

a clutch problem , transmission problem ,  or some other problem

and where can i get it fixed near NJ

thanks

Marks advice would be the place to start, the early second gen SVs had terrible shift stars but I thought that they fixed the prob with the 2005 model year. Anyway the shift kit usually cleans up mis-shift problems like those.
