Title: Bridgestone Contingency Form
Post by: Macon663 on May 26, 2009, 11:00:16 AM
CCS had the yearly bridgestone contingency form that you had to fill out last year at tech.  They didn't this year.  Quentin didn't have one either.  I can't find it on their website.  I found one in google but it was under a USGRU link.  Does someone have this form they can post or tell me where to get it?

Use the CCS contingecy verification form, it contains all the information that sponsors require. You may need to register directly with some of the companies via an online registration, common with online contingency award payments or with OEM contingency; these may have paperwork that needs to be mailed for tax purposes.
See here for contingency award requirements,

Eric,

The contingency form you posted clearly says that we need to register with Bridgestone, in additon to using their tires and listing them as a sponsor on the CCS form.  Last year, you registered by filling out a Bridgestone Contingency form at tech.  I remember it specifically because I used the 2007 form for 2008 and thought that was strange.  I don't see the form online at Bridgestones website.

For what its worth...apparently WERA has it at their tech area every race just like CCS did last year.  How do we fix this?
