So, the other day I put up a bunch of carbon street body work from the Duc I wasn't using. I listed each piece (upper, two mids and two lowers) separately, as they tend to garner better sales that way. One guy bids on the lowers, and ends up losing out to someone on one of the sides, leaving him only winning one. Now, I get a message that he has no need for just one side- that it will do him no good. :banghead:
My feedback is 100%, and my seller rating is 5 stars.....I'm a bit worried that A.) He won't pay, and I end up chancing it by relisting, or B.) he pays up but leaves me shitty feedback because he doesn't want the piece. :finger:
In all fairness- nothing has happened yet. Anyone have any bad E-Bay experiences, or advice if he decides to re-neg????

Woohoo! I guess he saw the light and paid up! ...see, all I needed was a good rant!
Now you just gotta hope he doesn SNAD you and keep the part while paypig gives him a refund.
What is a SNAD?
Significantly not as described
So, lemme get this straight- he can "SNAD" me, keep the part...get a refund from Paypal, and what? I have to pay Paypal or something???
I like to think that I go the extra mile with pics and descriptions, so hopefully this doesn't happen.
Thats pretty much the big scam right now on ebay. Buyer buys something. Complains to paypig with a SNAD. Paypig tells them to send it back delivery confirmation. Buyer sends back box with nothing or a piece of wood but since theres a delivery confirmation (all that is for is to say SOMETHING was sent back to the seller) then paypig refunds the money to the buyer. Now buyer has both his money and the item. Hit up ebay community discussion board and see how many sellers have been screwed by this. Happened to me a couple years ago. Sold an old (and worked perfectly) camcorder to some guy in FL and he said it didnt work. Told him to send it back and I'll refund him. Well he went to paypig (when I DID accept paypig and did th estupid thing and give them my checking account numbers to 'verify') and snad. Well when I got the box back, he put a 2x4 in it with a note that said "Thanks for the free camera asshole". I got a hold of paypig to stop the refund but they said too bad, you got something back. The paypig assholes STOLE the money right out of my checking. Had to close the account and get a new one. Will never use paypig again.
Doesnt mean this guy will do this to you though, but it is happening more and more with the "new" ebay rules that pretty much screw the sellers.
Wow! That absulutely sucks donkey-balls! I would spend the money and personally fly down to the guys house and beat the ever-luvin @#$%^^% out of him....but that's just me.
Note to self, video tape opening the boxes on returns....and file away buyer's name and address.
On a different note- what I hate the most about the "New E-Bay" is how the seller can no longer leave negative feedback! WTF!?!?!?!?!? Who comes up with this crap?

Same person who thought of the not allowing any seller stating they will take anything but paypig. And the 21 day hold on getting your money from paypig unless the buyer leaves pos feedback. Or the new search "experience". Oh to sell on ebay you MUST accept paypig. Guess who owns paypig? Yep ebay owns paypig.
Person to blame for ebays problems is Ebay CEO John Donohue.
so i win a pair of vee two cams (they were not cheap) i get the vee two box yesterday and it has stock cams in it . he says he didn't know and will take them back. it's my mistake for not asking what was stamped on the cams but he should have verified with vee two what they were. how this exchange will take place i don't know I've got a drawer full of stock 900 duc cams so i guess if he keeps them i just loose the money but then he will loose his 100% . feels like we are at one of those eastern europeon boarder crossings exchanging spies . the other problem is their to go in a customers motor.so that's on hold
I guess I'm the only one around who has had about 1000 paypal transactions without incident. Mostly selling...
And the ONE set of disputes I was involved in, I won!
Your not alone. I've only had a couple of disputes, all in my favor after other parties didn't ship.
