Sorry to hear about the get-off, but congrats on leading in the first place!   ;D  Good luck with the foot and hopefully you'll have a speedy recovery!

Ups and Downs.   Sorry that bout your foot.  But that begs a question ??  How did you break a bone in your foot ??

How did you crash ?
What kind of boots did you have ?

Is it normal to break a foot ??

And i'll almost shoot myselft for asking, but what could you have done to avoid the spill ??

Let us newbies have some feedback.  I wish not to make the same mistake.

Well all good questions...first:
How did you break a bone in your foot ??
Well i slid till i hit dirt and started rolling and i think it was just my feet flapping against each other and the ground.

How did you crash ?
Well...lol that also is a good question...that i'll never really know the answer to. but i will tell you what i think caused it and i'm pretty sure this is the reason. i have stock forks and to sum it up i think they compressed all the way as a result i tucked the front.

Is it normal to break a foot ??
I hope not...lol

And i'll almost shoot myselft for asking, but what could you have done to avoid the spill ??
Well yeah...from what i understand from other people that saw and also the guy that was in 2nd behind me at the time i was a couple of sec in front and i guess i could have not gone into turn 1 so fast ;D

Thanks to everyone else and i got the bike to run today...sounds good...just got a few things to buy now ;D
