Do most tracks allow pets, provided they are kept on a leash or crated and cleaned up after? The main tracks that I will visit are VIR and Summit Point. Any feedback would be appriciated. I would hate to drive 400 miles to find out I can't get past the gate with a 20lb dog.

Most do allow as long as they are leashed and not menancing people. Also cleaning up after them IS required.

Oh BTW its best to call or email teh tracks in question first to make absolutely sure.

Only 20lb dogs named Norton are allowed at VIR! ;D

If you go to Roebling this year, they are no longer allowing pets.
