Hey Guys,
Just got word that the US part of the contingency website is now up and running. Racers can now claim their results and for races that took place earlier in the year we allow 60 days from today for claims.
Don't wait, get in there and get your money!!!
Good luck,

Hello everyone,
Just a review of how the Pirelli contingency program works for anyone who does not currently know.
1. ASRA/CCS has Pirelli contingency forms at registration. This contingency form is for ASRA/CCS only. If you need a ASRA/CCS contingency form I can send it to you.
2. You must fill out and sign the contingency form for each bike each day of the weekend that you race.
3. A minimum of 8 riders for each class must start the race to be eligible.
4. Completed forms must be turned in BEFORE you race.
5. Racers must go through POST TECH to have the tech form verified as well as the race results.
6. RACE FORMS AND RACE RESULTS NOT TURNED IN BY THE ORGANIZATION WITHIN 60 DAYS OF THE EVENT WILL BE FORFEITED. THIS MEANS IF YOU DO NOT SEE YOUR CONTINGENCY AFTER ONE MONTH YOU NEED TO CONTACT THE ORGANIZATION YOU WERE RACING WITH AND MAKE SURE THEY SENT THEM TO PIRELLI. RACERS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR MAKING SURE THAT THE ORGANIZATION SENDS CONTINGENCY RESULTS AND TECH FORMS TO PIRELLI.
7. You must log onto us.pirelli.com/contingency, register on the contingency website, and claim your results. Payment will be loaded onto your Pirelli rewards card after the official race results and release forms are recieved and match your results. ( Cards are valid for 24 months )
8. A signed W-9 form must be sent by fax or email to contingency@pirelli.com ONE TIME for individuals and ONCE A YEAR for businesses. The form is available on the Pirelli website.
REQUIREMENTS
1. LIST PIRELLI MOTORCYCLE TIRES AS A SPONSOR
2. PIRELLI STICKERS MUST BE DISPLAYED IN THE FOLLOWING PLACES:
A 6 INCH VERTICAL STICKER ON BOTH SIDES OF THE FRONT FENDER OR CURVED 6 INCH PIRELLI STICKER IS ACCEPTABLE. NO OTHER MANUFACTURERS STICKERS CAN ON YOUR BIKE AT THE SAME TIME OR YOUR CONTINGENCY WILL BE DEFAULTED.
3. A 8.25 INCH STICKER ON BOTH SIDES OF THE TAIL SECTION OR SWINGARM
4. A PIRELLI PATCH MUST BE WORN ON YOUR LEATHERS IN THE UPPER CHEST AREA OR ON THE FRONT OF THE SHOULDERS.
5. SIGN AND FILL OUT BACK OF RELEASE FORM AND ENSURE THAT THE RACE OFFICIAL VERIFIES THE FORM.
6. USE ONE FORM PER MOTORCYCLE PER RACE DAY.
7. A signed W-9 form must be sent by fax or email to contingency@pirelli.com
I hoped this helps understand the process.

So if race officials declare that superbike finishers 1-3 don't have to tech, that will make that race ineligible for pirelli money?
There is no Pirelli specific form for ASRA/CCS. There will be a master contingnecy form you will use. For CCS it will be a white CCS contingency form, for ASRA Michelin Pro Series races it will be yellow, for ASRA Team/Solo Challenge it is green. This form contains all the sponsors for that series.
Post race inspection is for class compliance in select classes.
We are getting this sorted, should be same procedures as in years past.
Thanks, Eric!
