also, are there facilities to dump brake fluid / motoroil / antifreeze ?
time and place for the SE awards banquet? any fee associated with the banquet?

If you get a garage, they have power in them. You also get plenty of parking if you get one. DAY GARAGES ARE AVAILABLE FOR $50 PER DAY OR $125 FOR 3 DAYS.
There is a place over by the mens bathroom to dump old fluids.
