Title: gsxr controls
Post by: ldub143 on March 05, 2009, 12:33:47 PM
Hey everyone just got a quick question about a 06 gsxr 1000. Im preping the bike for this season and wanted to get rid of all the left side controls. The only problem is i dont know how to bypass the safety feature that requires you to pull the clutch in while starting the bike. Ive only had a kawi before this and you can start that without pulling the clutch. Any advice or suggestions are greatly appreciated. Thanks

Trace the two wire that control the clutch switch.
Run two wires from the clutch to the first connector.
Then splice in the wires.

Toss the rest away.
