I am going to Daytona this year for the ROC. It will be my first time running Daytona and I was wondering what everyone would recommend for gearing on both a 2005 and a 2008 GSX-R 600? Thanks in advance for the help.

GSXR is fine with the factory gearing on Daytona. You dont have to worry about anything!
One more advice...put some mesh right front of your radiator! Helps alot with the flying stones wich have alot on the banking.

What is the stock gearing. I have the same question but started with a modified race bike so I don't have the baseline settings.
