I haven't raced much at all this year and I'm just wondering if the contingency claim forms are now obsolete, I'm blind, or they just aren't available for download anymore.

Contingency forms are available at registration and must be turned in when you go through tech inpsection for each event. Addtionally, some sponsors require that you create a contingency account on their websites and claim your results there.
