No ASRA Pro .. but sportsman Experts yes, as far as I understand it. (edited the above to say just riders)
I think I know what your asking about.......
From this schedule of events they are showing both EX and AM races.

Does that mean no ASRA pro races or Does it mean riders with ASRA liscenses won't be allowed?

The answer to That question is YES. Nobody with a Pro license of any kind can enter. That includes ASRA.
ASRA Pro, WSMC Pro and Moto-ST Pro license holders WILL be allowed to compete in this event.
Riders holding AMA or FIM sanctioned Pro licenses WILL NOT be eligible, IE AMA Pro or Superbike, World Superbike, MotoGP, British Superbike, Canadian Superbike etc
How about a FIM one event liscense?(for Indy).
So amateur (yellow plates) can enter ?
It does say all novice licensed riders will be eligible to race at this event.
the 2008 RRGC is an expert and novice event.
Also says no tent camping in the paddock ? Does that mean I'll have camp across the track . that blows or can we stay in the trailer ?
