Title: Jeff Wood at Barber
Post by: Palanon on August 14, 2008, 02:46:36 PM
On the local racer network for Loudon ( NEAR ), it was mentioned that Jeff Wood went to Barber. Entered 10 races and won all ten, several back to back.

Any first hand feed back? Sounds like a pretty impressive feat. Seems like Jeff's on a mission this year.

Couldn't happen to a nicer guy.

Jeff Wood is a freaking monster.
That is all.

Seems like Jeff wins just about every CCS/ASRA race he enters, so long as he keeps it on 2 wheels.  Jensen has had nothing for him this year.

His riding is incredible to see. Never puts a wheel wrong, looks smooth and in control at all times. He goes by and you think "ill stay with him for a turn or 2".. and everything he does is like in fast forward to what we do. Before your even in the same corner he passed you in, he's already on the gas putting bike lengths on you.
When Michelin gets the NEW new tires into distribution, it may level the playing field for Jensen.
